How long until I receive my MWearNYC order?
How long until I receive my MWearNYC order? Because many of our products are made to order, please allow 2 weeks for your order to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground and should arrive between 5-7 days after the ship date (allow 10-14 days for orders outside the U.S.).

All MWearNYC products are made in the USA.
Do you offer express shipping?
We do NOT offer express shipping at this time.
How should I care for my MWearNYC products?
To guarantee your MWearNYC products live a long life, we suggest either hand or machine washing in cold water and air drying.
Do you sell wholesale?

How do I determine my pouch size?
Think of this more as a vibe check based on other underwear brands you wear that have a contoured pouch. There’s not a hard and fast metric to calculate exactly which pouch size you are. If you typically don’t have enough room and your pouch is tight or uncomfortable, a Large pouch would be perfect for you. If you often have a bit too much room with your pouch and you have extra loose fabric in the front, the Small pouch is the way to go. Most people are perfectly fine in the Medium (Standard) pouch so if you’re on the fence about which size, it’s likely that will apply to you as well. This sizing is determined at your own discretion. For pouch sizing that you believe falls outside of our S-L sizing, please contact us below and send us the measurements that are illustrated in our Custom Pouch Sizing Guide on the Custom Order page.
What pouch size is suggested for someone with body modifications (silicone, saline, etc.)?
If you believe you fall outside the range of our standard pouch sizes, we suggest placing a custom order to ensure a perfect fit. As a reminder, RTW and custom items are not eligible for returns.

Why are there two size tags in my underwear or swimwear?
Because we allow you to choose both a waist size AND pouch size on most of our products, there may be two size tags in your underwear. The size tag on the left is the waist size you chose and the size tag on the right is the pouch size you chose.
What countries do you ship to?
Our products can be shipped anywhere in the world.
Can I return or exchange my order?
None of our products are eligible for return or exchange unless there is visible damage to the item or a discrepancy with your received order.
Can I edit my order?
Orders cannot be edited or canceled once they have been placed. Please double check your cart before submitting your order.
